New tutorial : a really shiny pencil

An unusually shiny pencil

Three weeks have slipped by since I completed my last Photoshop tutorial. I think work is slowing down now a bit though, so hopefully I can start keeping my resolution of doing one Tutorial per week.

This one again comes from PSDTuts.com. It made use of the “Curves” adjustment, rendering wood fibers, and some clever ways of achieving selections.
