Writing an article
The basic steps for publishing a new article are:
- Log in to Textpattern (see the screencast Logging in to Textpattern)
- Type or paste in your article title, body, and excerpt (optional, depending on your site)
- Fill in any custom fields as necessary
- Put tags in the Keywords field, if your site uses them
- Select up to two categories
- Choose your comment options, if you allow comments on your site
- Click Publish
