Winter 2013, ongoing. This was a major overhaul of a web interface use to manage products, contracts, orders, and more.
Among other things, I added: breacrumbs to orient the user, navigation which hides when not in use, links in appropriate contexts to previously-buried screens, and an overall cleaner look and feel.

Online Guidebook

Spring 2014, ongoing. In an effort to improve customers' post-purchase experience when they purchase by instant delivery, I developed a web-accessible attraction guidebook optimized for phones and tablets.

Mobile Checkout

Spring 2013, ongoing. The checkout process is one of the more challenging pieces of e-commerce design. With the small screensize and touch interface of smartphones, users may be even less forgiving of clunky interactions. Things like providing good feedback and the appropriate keyboard can ease the process.
